Please describe your job title and primary duties.
Little Caesars Cashier:
I worked the cashier. I worked in the front. I also had to open. And then when opening, there is usually three people that open. So I was required to help clean up, put the chairs down. And then once I finish cleaning the whole front, I would have to help the people in the back. And that was my basic duties. And then later on during the day, I obviously did cashiers.
How would you describe the application and interview process?
Little Caesars Cashier:
I handed in my resume to get the job actually. And then later on, they called me in for an interview. And it just took off from there.
What questions did the interviewer ask during the job interview?
Little Caesars Cashier:
They asked me, what is my strengths, my weaknesses? How can my strengths help me in the corporation? How can my weaknesses obviously take a toll on the corporation as well? And how I would react? How can I change my weaknesses? And also, they asked my availabilities. And they’re looking for people that could work full-time. Yeah. That’s why I think I got the job.
What other advice would you give to a job seeker looking to gain employment?
Little Caesars Cashier:
I would say know a bit about the company. That’s always a bonus in any job you try to get. Also, they usually look for people, especially cashier that are friendly, who are able to interact with people, talk, make the customer feel welcome, because the corporation likes to bring people in. Once you have a good experience, more people are more likely to go there.
Ben Jake says:
Its a good way to learn and get experience how people make pizza.
