Burger King managers perform an array of administrative and supervisory functions to ensure efficiently standardized daily operations across the company’s worldwide network of fast food restaurants. Job Outlook

The second-largest fast food hamburger chain in the world, Burger King entered the Canadian market in 1969 and operates roughly 300 franchise locations throughout the country. In 2013, Redberry Investments purchased Burger King Canada franchising rights and launched an aggressive campaign to open new restaurants. Having established corporate offices in Calgary, Montreal, and Toronto, the master franchisee clearly intends to expand the Burger King presence more evenly throughout the major population centers of Canada. Such a promising outlook bodes well for urban Canadian job seekers pursuing restaurant management careers in the fast food industry.
